An email reservation does NOT guarantee availablity of the facility. Due to lack of funding (staff), you must attend a board meeting to reserve your space. Board meetings take place every first and third Monday. Facility is only guaranteed after receipt of payment and deposit.
Summer & Winter Rates for John C. Johnson Meeting Room & Finley Butte:
| 1 hour or less | $15.00 |
| 1-4 hours | $40.00 |
| 5-8 hours | $75.00 |
| Baseball Field | $45.00/day |
| Cleaning Deposit | $50.00 |
Events over 50 people, additional fees apply at the rate of $1.00 per person for up to half day rentals and $2.00 per person for full day rentals. Cleaning deposit will be refunded upon inspection.

May through September

| 1-4 hours | $75.00 |
| 5-8 hours | $150.00 |
