One might ask “Why is a Park & Recreation District offering business programs?” and that is a fair question! In a small community, such as ours, there are not always the kind of resources one might find in a larger city. One organization in a small community is not as effective as multiple organization who collaborate. As one of four prongs of our Adult Programs, Business classes and workshops are vital to the success small and large businesses alike in La Pine. We are fortunate to collaborate with some really great partners as we all want to help and support local establishments.

Central Oregon Community College

Central Oregon Community College is offering live-stream classes at the La Pine Community Center Computer Lab. Currently, non-credit classes are being offered. Please check our calendar for the latest offerings. If you would like to take a class and you don’t see it on the calendar (below) feel free to contact us and we would be happy to see what we can do in order to get a class scheduled!
