Cascade Lakes Relay (CLR) is one of our biggest fundraisers of the year. We receive grant funds from the CLR based upon the number of volunteers we provide. You can help support LPRD by signing up for a shift and have a little fun at the same time! Without volunteers, the race would not be successful, and we very much appreciate you volunteering on our behalf. Your time spent directing traffic, vans and runners at each exchange point will help our organization raise funds for our Youth and Adult Programs.

The dates for the 2022 relay are Friday, August 5th and Saturday, August 6th.  General information about CLR can be found here: http://www.cascadelakesrelay.com

Volunteers are needed for the various exchange points from the Silver Lake area, via La Pine to the Wickiup/Crane Prairie area. There are Friday day shifts, Friday to Saturday overnight shifts and early Saturday morning to early afternoon shifts.

Please also note that if you cannot commit to the entire time frame of a shift, we would still love your help. Some shifts can be split, if we have sufficient volunteers.

Most shifts will have a slower beginning and ending, so we may be able to ask you to come in late or leave early.

After you sign up, you will receive detailed instructions on how to get to your site and what your duties will be. There will be a site leader (a race official) at every spot.
